Terms of Service

The guidelines for using SwiftVault services, including Web Tools, CampSite, and Mini Casino.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SwiftVault services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may stop using the platform at any time.

2. Appropriate Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material you do not own
  • Attempt to disrupt or abuse SwiftVault infrastructure
  • Access systems or accounts that do not belong to you
  • Use SwiftVault for fraudulent or malicious activities

Violations may result in suspension or removal of your account or hosted content.

3. CampSite Hosting

CampSite provides lightweight hosting for personal projects. You are responsible for the content you upload. SwiftVault reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

4. Web Tools

SwiftVault Web Tools are provided without account registration where possible. Generated links, files, and encrypted items may be deleted automatically based on system limits.

5. Mini Casino

Mini Casino uses on-site credits only. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, prizes, or financial compensation.

Users are responsible for playing responsibly. The service is for entertainment and testing purposes only.

6. Payments & Upgrades

Optional upgrades such as “Remove Ads,” storage increases, or additional Mini Casino credits are processed through pay.swiftvault.ca.

All payments are final unless required by law or where a clear technical issue occurred.

7. Availability & Changes

SwiftVault services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” Features, limits, or services may be modified or discontinued at any time as we maintain and improve the platform.

8. Liability

SwiftVault is not liable for loss of data, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important content hosted on CampSite.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate Canadian jurisdiction.
